I’m self employed. As a Risk & Compliance Specialist I interpret the impact of regulations on the business structure and business practice. Assessing the compliance risk exposure and translate the business ambition into practical Compliance policy, Compliance awareness and Compliance monitoring. In this process I identify and address control issues that are related to business integrity (reputation and financial impact). I perform and evaluate the risk analyses and risk assessments, testing and retesting of the Compliance requirements and recommend new and improved operating procedures in order to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. My focus is on assignments relating to compliance, governance, audit (support), risk- and project management in the financial sector, mainly insurance companies. |
